OUR FOCUS
We collaborate effectively with the MOD and their engineers to provide optimal solutions for their geotechnical and geoenvironmental site investigation needs.
We excel at project and site management, as demonstrated by our work at an RNAS location, where we coordinated with the MOD and the engineer to conduct a phased site investigation. This involved UXO and archaeological clearance, windowless sampling, trial pitting, DCP testing, and cable percussion boring. We also performed groundwater and gas monitoring after the fieldwork and prepared a factual report with results from our in-house geotechnical laboratory, as well as BIM compliant geotechnical and geoenvironmental data in the latest AGS data format.
With our decades of experience, we have coordinated various investigation techniques on MOD sites across the UK and provided data to inform new runways, runway extensions, pavement design, new utility supply, and building foundations and basements.
