Salary: £18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Requirements

We are looking for people who:


  • Are knowledgeable about a wide range of the latest site investigation techniques, surveying and monitoring procedures, techniques and Standards.

  • Are able to work with company documents for effective reporting, communication and record-keeping

  • Are trained in health and safety schemes such as CSCS, SMSTS, and CDM 2015 Regulations.

  • Are enthusiastic and keen to learn

  • Are looking for a blend of site and office-based work

  • Will be based out of our Chester office, predominantly in the North West, but with a need from time to time to assist other regional offices

  • Can work autonomously or as part of a team and take responsibility projects and equipment
    Hold a full UK driving licence

About the Company

You will join our friendly team of site investigation specialists across the country as a Geoenvironmental Monitoring Engineer, working out of our Chester office. We work in a wide variety of sectors including utilities, industrial and commercial, education, new build, highways and rail infrastructure, contaminated land redevelopment, onshore and offshore energy and environmental. You will undertake a range of monitoring such as ground gas, groundwater and ground movement using a variety of techniques. You will also be required to undertake GNSS instrument assisted surveying for ground level and locations of our exploratory boreholes.
