SAFETY POLICY STATEMENT


Geotechnics Ltd is committed to continuous improvement of its Health and Safety system and is committed to policies and procedures which are designed to ensure the safety, health and welfare of all employees, visitors and anyone else likely to be affected by the company’s work activities.

Geotechnics Ltd recognises and accepts its responsibility as an employer to ensure the health, safety and welfare at work of all its employees, visitors and any contractors, so far as is reasonably practicable.

To achieve this, the company will provide training, information and supervision along with safe systems of work, a safe work place, safe plant, safe equipment and adequate resources and will carry out regular assessment, auditing and review to implement the company policy of continuous improvement.

Geotechnics Ltd will consult with employees on matters affecting their health and safety.

Every employee is required to assist with the prevention of accidents and maintenance of safe and healthy working conditions. To achieve this each individual should take care of their own health and safety and that of any person who could be affected by their acts or omissions at work.

All responsibilities, procedures and arrangements developed to implement this policy and to comply with current legislation are detailed in the Geotechnics Limited Health and Safety Procedures Manual. These procedures apply to all employees of Geotechnics Ltd and to all its subcontractors working on its sites.
